Salt is corroding aluminium frames and weakens iron bars in concrete. Why not use a less aggressive ice melter? In the long run it is cheaper to pay a bit more for a less aggressive ice melter but better protect the building. I informed our property manager and the Board.

One of my neighbours asked me to write few lines about practising piano playing skills after 10 P.M.
Well, I think that it is not cool at all to play at night, no matter how nice one plays. Every one of us wants to enjoy a peaceful time in their own home. Some of us go to bed at 10 P.M. Why not stick with common sense and practice at a time when your neighbours are most likely awake?
Music is nice but at the right time! Be a good neighbour!

At the P1 level, this pipe is hit from time to time and the insulation is damaged. Maybe it would be wise to mark it with bright colors somewhere before reaching the top of the “hill”. Maybe it would be wise to look up if you drive a tall car. I will let our property manager know.

This blog provides a place where tenants can express themselves in a decent manner on issues related to their living at 200 Rideau Street, in Ottawa.
Ideally, this could be a site were tenants, the Board, and the property manager could address issues that affect living conditions at 200 Rideau.
